Interior Design Services – Initial Consultation
The first design consultation is free of charge. For consultations that are a considerable distance from Accra, we ask that our travel expenses are covered. However, this would be agreed upon with Nolle Design prior to confirmation of the meeting.
Interior Design Services For Concept Design – Lump Sum Fee Method
Following this initial consultation, a basic quotation for design services will be prepared based on your brief, this will be sent to you for approval prior to any design work commencing in our studio.
On acceptance of our proposal for design services, we will arrange a second consultation to finalize your requirements. 30% of the agreed design fee must be paid before design work commences. The balance of the design fee will be charged in equal amounts on a bi-monthly basis throughout the duration of the design process which may include drawings, sample boards, 3D imagery, product samples such as, paint, fabric, tiles, etc. Final concept designs and samples remain the property of Nolle Design until the balance payment has been received in full.
Any amendments or additions to the scope of work of the design brief or design concept will be charged at GH₵200* per amendment.
For The Organisation and Supply of Furniture, Fixings, and Materials
For individual contracts where the total quoted fee is less than or equates to GH₵10,000* all furniture, fixings, and materials will be charged at the recommended retail price less a 5% discount.
For individual contracts where the total quoted fee is greater than GH₵10,000* all furniture, fixings, and materials will be charged at the trade price plus a 15% arrangement fee.
50% of the supply fee and total cost of all goods must be paid prior to orders being placed as a deposit. The balance of 50% must be paid prior to delivery.
Any bespoke items, including the relevant supply fee, must be paid 100% in advance as these are not returnable to suppliers.
Project Coordination and Design Team Coordination of Site Works
By their very nature, project coordination services for new build and substantial refurbishment/extensions are complex and detailed. We have vast experience of such projects and we prefer to work with our clients to understand their requirements and then agree on a bespoke proposition according to individual needs through a set handling percentage basis.
